 Within the Gaming Industry there are several sub categories wth even more sub levels. From classic boardgames and arcades to mobile gaming, console gaming, E-Sports, RPG, and MMORGs. The list can go on. My blog is about a particular game that is gradually building traction. It is called Upland.
At its core and fundamental layer Upland is a property (or parcel) trading game. If you are old enough you may remember trading sports and non sports cards as a kid. It is something like that but for properties. It is the modern version of Monopoly. Property trading game with the added economic simulation. Following posts aim to help new players and those with modest resources enjoy and participate in this game. Usually new players are often overwhelmed by all the information and/or claim the game does not offer anything much for the cost(s). I will attempt to show some of processes and try to break the game down into smaller chunks to help showcase the great potential of the game. If you are patient there is a lot this game offers and will offer. Stay tuned.
