Hi residents, First thank you for being part of the Dogpatch community. As this is not an independent process my aim is that we work together to make Dogpatch a unique and exciting neighbourhood. Like it's neighbour to the east Dogpatch's history stems from the Gold Rush and surviving the 1906 earthquake. Previously the headquarters of the Hell's Angels Frisco Chapter, Dogpatch definitely has a historical past. Residing a hop skip away from downtown and Bay Area, Dogpatch has lots to offer. Don't let its small size fool you. From it's industrial heritage this resilient neighbourhood is poised for rebirth. Diverse selections of properties are selling out fast.
